This Peanut Butter
and Jelly Oatmeal Bake is one of my favorite breakfast recipes. It's delicious,
incredibly easy to make, and is perfect for a crowd.

Ingredients
4 cups
old-fashioned rolled oats (not instant)
2/3 cup milk (I
used skim milk for the sake of making it healthier)
1/4 cup. ground
flax seed
1 1/4 cup.
The Giant Frittata
is a European-style dish with layers of cornmeal-drenched eggs and pan-fried
tomatoes, then topped with grated Parmesan cheese. This dish is excellent for
breakfast or brunch because it has eggs, cheese, and tomatoes. The seasonings
make this Giant Frittata fragrant and tasty while still healthy.

make a wonderful hash-like pie with a Southern flair. This quiche is packed
full of flavor and protein. I like to make this dish on the weekend and take it
to work for lunch because it stays well in the fridge.
